With the development of new energy electric vehicles, copper row is naturally applied to new energy battery connection. Of course, the production process of the copper row is not without welding, a variety of hard and soft copper lap welding together to form the power assembly within the electric vehicle. Generally speaking, the small area welding of copper rows can be achieved by using a medium frequency spot welding machine, by using copper and copper with brazing material between the spot welding; while the large area welding of copper rows can be achieved by using a polymer diffusion welding machine for diffusion welding.
